Insurance and Billing
We are participating providers with the major dental benefit plans in the Iowa City area, Delta Dental and Wellmark Blue Dental. * If you have coverage through another plan, we are happy to provide you with a claim for self-filing and any reimbursement will come directly to you. Our office accepts checks, cash or credit cards. We also offer a flexible payment plan. Please see our office administrator for details.
